  • Unauthorized use of any content may result in legal action and termination of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Subject to the pricing set by each creator.

  • Recurring unless canceled by the User.

  • Non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

LIXXXY provides the Site on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, including:

  • The Site being error-free or uninterrupted.

  • The accuracy or reliability of any content.

  • The security of your data beyond reasonable measures.
