Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district (or the jurisdiction where your service provider is located), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notification or their agent.
We will forward any valid counter-notification to the party who submitted the original DMCA takedown notice. If the original complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
LIXXXY.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate, without notice, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrights or who repeatedly violate our Terms of Service.
Abuse of DMCA
